Customer Sales Advisor - Customer success 

Salary: £25k

As a Customer Sales Advisor, you’ll join a new, unique sales team who are responsible for a variety of duties that pertain to creating an attractive environment for customers to support the sustainable growth of our customer base. You will spend your working week split between contacting prospective customers, mainly via outbound calls, and completing sign-up checks. There is also the potential to provide after-sales support and customer cancellation prevention. Our Customer Success plays a vital part in the strategic plans of Travelnest by growing our customer numbers, by supporting prospective customers through their sign-up process.

About the role

  • We want to recruit highly motivated team members with inbound and outbound sales experience. 
  • You will have great communication skills which allow you to build rapport and influence customer behaviour.
  • You have a genuine desire to offer a quality experience to our prospects and customers.
  • Build an understanding of what our prospects/customers want, spot trends, discover process efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

Approach prospective customers with the aim of converting them into a customer by discovering their needs and recommending how our product and service will work to meet these needs.

Carrying out fraud prevention checks on newly acquired customers.

Take ownership of customer sign up experiences and outcomes, ensuring we not only grow our customer base, but set them up for success. 

Providing advice and assistance to customers to maximise the likelihood of a sale

Working to actively prevent customers from leaving Travelnest.

Manage, prioritise and resolve different tasks through multiple work streams against targets.

Apply if :

  • You have eligibility to work in the UK
  • You have customer sales experience, a bonus if it is in the technology, holiday or vacation rental sector.
  • You have negotiation skills and persuasiveness
  • Fluent in either Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Greek or French would be an advantage, but not essential. 
  • You have a dedicated and comfortable space to work from home with good-quality WiFi.

Shift Pattern

Shifts will be rotational to provide 6 days of coverage, with 1 late shift per week and 1 in 2 weekend dates. Advisors need to be available for work Mon to Sat, between 09:00 - 20:00.
